AudioConnect ("the App") is developed and maintained by ThinkFlow Studios. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

AudioConnect does not collect any of the following:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Audio recordings or microphone data stored externally
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Location data
• Crash reports sent to third-party servers

2. Permissions Used

The App requests the following Android permissions solely to enable its core functionality:

• RECORD_AUDIO – Required to capture microphone audio for streaming to your PC. Audio is streamed locally over Wi-Fi and is never stored or uploaded anywhere.
• INTERNET – Required to establish a local network (Wi-Fi) connection between your phone and your PC. No data is sent to external servers.
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE / ACCESS_WIFI_STATE – Required for the Auto-Scan feature to discover PCs on your local Wi-Fi network.
• FOREGROUND_SERVICE – Required to keep the audio stream alive while the App runs in the background.

3. Local Network Usage

AudioConnect operates entirely within your local Wi-Fi network. Audio data is transmitted directly between your phone and your PC over your home or office network. This data never leaves your network and is never sent to any external server, cloud service, or third party.

4. Third-Party Services

AudioConnect does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. No SDKs for tracking or monetization (such as Firebase Analytics, AdMob, etc.) are included in the App.

5. Children's Privacy

AudioConnect is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. Since no data is collected at all, there is no risk of children's data being processed.

6. Data Security

Since no personal data is collected or stored by AudioConnect, there is no user data at risk. Audio streaming within your local network is inherently scoped to devices you control.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
